Welcome to Move Zaragoza. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and your reservation and rental of any vehicle or service offered by Move Zaragoza. By booking a vehicle, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To reserve a vehicle or service with Move Zaragoza, you must:
- Be at least 25 years of age, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Hold a valid driver’s license, held for a minimum period as specified at the time of booking
- Provide valid identification and proof of address upon request
- Meet any additional insurance or eligibility criteria specific to the vehicle reserved
Move Zaragoza reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Reservations and Booking
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our concierge team
- Rates displayed on the website are per day unless otherwise stated and may vary based on rental duration, season, and additional services requested
- A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup, to be released upon safe and timely return of the vehicle
- Reservation changes or cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, provided separately at the time of booking
3. Use of the Vehicle
By renting a vehicle from Move Zaragoza, you agree to:
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Not sublease, transfer, or allow unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle
- Return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted
- Bear responsibility for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period
- Not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any other use inconsistent with its intended purpose
4. Chauffeur and Additional Services
Where chauffeur, airport transfer, or concierge services are booked, Move Zaragoza will make every reasonable effort to ensure punctuality and quality of service. Service timing may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, and airport or border delays, for which Move Zaragoza cannot be held liable.
5. Insurance and Liability
- All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance as detailed in your rental agreement
- The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period that falls outside the scope of coverage or results from a breach of these Terms
- Move Zaragoza is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is due in full at the time of reservation confirmation, unless otherwise agreed
- Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, additional mileage, fuel, cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on the vehicle, service, and timing of the cancellation relative to the reservation date. Specific cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Move Zaragoza website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Move Zaragoza or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Zaragoza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of business, delays, or missed connections.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.

Move Zaragoza reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
